A Wanderer’s Way: Benefits of Sensation is an experiential workshop offering creative play, somatic resonance, and nervous system release techniques in support of your journey toward health, wellness and balance.
Together we will create a space to connect with the inherent creative capacity we each possess. This unique workshop incorporates a sequence of breath, gentle movement, sound and visualization exercises that facilitate an intimate conversation with sensation. We work with sensation as a conduit for wellness and healing. Sensation is a chariot for inspiration.
